Good Morning Sisters and Brothers in Christ,
I pray that grace and peace are being multiplied to you through the knowledge of God, our Father, and Jesus, our Lord (II Peter 1:2). I would encourage you to study these three Hebrew words: “chen,” “shalom,” and “hesed.” It won’t take you but 10-15 minutes to gain a quick and much deeper understanding of what “grace” and “peace” really mean. It will really open up your eyes to God’s tremendous love and blessings for us – not just when we reach Heaven but also while we are on this earth.
Sunday is the first day of the week in the Hebrew culture; not Monday like in the West. Sunday is not found in the scriptures; however, “Yom Rishon” is found. It means “Day One.” Sunday, or Yom Rishon, represents a new beginning. For us in the West, it is the beginning of a new week. However, in the physical Hebrew culture and the spiritual Hebrew culture (of which we are a part), it is so much more. Jesus Christ arose from the dead, resurrected, on Yom Rishon; hence, the new beginning – Day One.
II Corinthians 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature [creation]: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
When we accepted Jesus Christ as our Savior, we became a new creation spiritually. We became “Yom Rishon” or “Day One.” We became a new beginning. What is the significance of this? You’re going to love this if you have a heartbeat. What comes before “Day One?” There is nothing before “Day One.” Day One is the first fruits, the beginning. This means all of your past is GONE – it NEVER OCCURRED in the eyes of God. He only sees you from your new beginning – your Yom Rishon! As II Corinthians 5:17 declares, we are new creations – Yom Rishon’s – old things, the past, everything before the new beginning, passed away. ALL THINGS are become new.
Now, here’s the really incredible part of Yom Rishon. Every day, for a Believer, is Yom Rishon, a new beginning. There is never a day two with the Lord Jesus Christ and our Father God. Do you see what this means? “All things are become new.” Every single day as Day One, as Yom Rishon, is a new beginning. If something enters day two, is it technically new? No. We never enter day two in Christ. We are always a new beginning, a resurrection, a first fruits, Day One. There is no shame, guilt, failures, or sins. Praise God and our Lord Jesus Christ.
Don’t allow Satan to condemn or convict you of things. The only thing the Holy Spirit convicts us of is “trusting in God the Father, and Jesus, our Lord.” Any other condemnation or conviction is of and from Satan. You are a new beginning that never ends. Your Father and Lord has created you, in the new beginning for success only. Live everyday as Day One.
YOU ARE A VICTOR COMING FROM A VICTORY GOING TO A SUCCESS!
Blessings to all and your families. Have a great Day One in the Father and our Lord.
