Good Morning Mighty Men of Jesus Christ Who Are More Than Conquerors By Our Lord and Savior’s Redemptive Love.

Why such a long salutation?  Because you need to know who you are in Christ.  If you never understand who you are in Christ, your position, your authority, and your inheritance/heritage, you are a prisoner set free, but one who will not leave the jail cell.  The door’s open, but you choose to remain in bondage to wrong teachings and the wisdom of the world.

By whose faith are you saved?  If you’re like me, I had always believed, or been led to believe, I was saved by my faith IN Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.  This is incorrect.  My puny human faith is worthless and powerless.  We are saved by the faith OF Jesus Christ.

Romans 3:22

Even the righteousness of God which is by faith OF Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe:  for there is no difference:

There is no way our puny, corruptible human faith can produce righteousness.  Jesus Christ obtained the righteousness of God for us through His faith and His obedience and offers it to everyone that will believe on Him as their Lord and King.

Let’s stop and meditate on this for a moment to see the beauty and love of the Father and His Son to us in my previous statement.  Jesus loves us so much, He gave us His faith to accept His redemptive sacrifice and to accept Him as Lord and King of our lives.  Wow!  If you didn’t get this the first time reading it, read it again and again until the Holy Spirit reveals it to you.  Jesus provides you His faith to accept His gift of love and redemption so you can experience His rewards and His eternal life – Christ in you and you in Christ (Ephesians 1 and 2).  This is why it is called, “Amazing Grace!”

Our faith, which is Christ’s faith in us, is a gift from God (Ephesians 2:8-9) and receives that which Christ already obtained for us through His faith (Galatians 2:16).  Remember, faith is one of the gifts of the Spirit which indwells us the moment we accept Jesus Christ as our Savior and King.

Galatians 5:22-23

22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering [patience], gentleness, goodness, FAITH,

23Meekness, temperance [self control]: against such there is no law.

What an awesome elder brother, joint-heir, King, Lord, Savior, and Redeemer we have in Jesus Christ, THE WORD OF GOD (Revelation 19:13).  When you truly study what Christ did for us in His trial, His scourging, His crucifixion, and His punishment in the lowest part of Hell, you will gain a better appreciation and love for our King.  It is simply amazing.

It is my prayer for all of you and your families that you have a wonderful and the merriest of Christmases.  Enjoy it as our Father means for us to enjoy it.  As Believers, we use this time to celebrate the birth of our King and Savior.  It should be a joyous time, and we should count our blessings out loud thanking and praising our King for each one of them.  Remember the following, the joy of the Lord is our strength (Nehemiah 8:10).  When you count your blessings, when you decree the promises of God from His Word, when you praise, honor, and glorify Jesus Christ, you enter into the joy of the Lord.  This is your strength.  If you’ve done this, you understand what I mean.  If you haven’t, then try it.  You’ll experience the strength of the Lord, and it’s mighty.

In Christ,

Larry
