Good Afternoon Brothers,

I pray you all know that God has a good plan for your life.  He is willing and planning for you to prosper in all areas of your life (physical, material, spiritual).

Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the thoughts I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace [shalom], and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Shalom is Hebrew word for “peace.”  Shalom’s meaning is = peace, peace from war, peace with God, prosperity, wholeness, harmony, completeness, safety, soundness, quiet, tranquility, contentment, friendship, etc.

Wow!!  If you’re like me, in the past when I read over this verse I just thought of the English version or meaning of peace.  I didn’t realize God meant SO much more than this for me/us.  It’s amazing how alive God’s Word truly is if we take the time to study it (II Timothy 2:15).  He is a God of great abundance (John 10:10).

What is the “expected end” God wants to give us?  It is a predicted future of success.  God desires all of us to fulfill the individual destiny He has for us (Psalm 40:7; Hebrews 10:7).  However, we have to cooperate for this to happen.  Although God is sovereign, His will doesn’t always come to pass where a Believer is concerned.  God gave man free will.  A Believer has to freely cooperate with God in order to receive the “expected end.”

God’s plan for your life is by grace, but you must cooperate with that grace by faith.  Do you know that David was not God’s first choice?  It was God’s will for Saul to be the first choice.  You can plainly read this in I Samuel 13:13-14.  God established Saul as King and intended for the lineage of Jesus Christ to come from the Tribe of Benjamin, from Saul’s lineage.  God would have established Saul’s kingdom over the nation of Israel forever.  Had Saul obeyed God, David may or may not show up at all in scripture.  However, because Saul didn’t obey God, and didn’t repent, God sought David in the second year of Saul’s 40-year reign.  David wouldn’t be born for another eight years.  Now, instead of speaking of the “sure mercies of Saul,” we speak of the “sure mercies of David.”

Ok, so what does Saul and David have to do with you and me?  Everything.  God tells us about Saul and David to show us that God’s will is going to come to pass – it just may not come through the person God willed or intended for it to come through.  We’re all Believers.  I’ve written before that God gave three things to Adam and Eve in the Garden:  fellowship, assignment, and provision, in this order.  We have all been given an assignment(s), whether you know you have one or not (Psalm 40:7).  God has anointed you to perform an assignment(s) for Him.  If you don’t fulfill this assignment, God will call another person – just as He called David.  And, whomever is obedient will receive the provision from God to complete the assignment.

Isaiah 1:19

If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:

God looks on the heart.  Was David perfect?  Not by any means.  He committed some serious mistakes.  However, there was a difference between Saul and David.  David acknowledged his wrongdoing when confronted and repented.  Saul made excuses.  Notice in I Kings 11:4 that God said that “Solomon’s heart was not perfect with the LORD his God, as was the heart of David his father.”  God said David’s heart was perfect, even though David made serious mistakes.  There is a lesson here for us that is another teaching or email altogether.  “Grace” has always been present in this earth; even during the Law.  It was God’s grace that He gave the Law to man.  You’ll need to study that out yourself.

Isaiah 1:19 tells you what is a “perfect heart” in God’s eyes:  being willing and obedient to God and His Word, Jesus Christ.  Another lesson of Saul and David is if you do discover God’s will for your life, your assignment(s), and have begun or begin to fulfill it, this doesn’t mean you’ll automatically finish the course.  Very early on, Saul was willing and obedient to God.  But, he didn’t persevere.  He didn’t keep his heart right.  Saul was led astray by becoming carnal and acting, living, and thinking like the world.  God replaced him.  We may not be God’s first choice for an assignment He has for us, but make sure God doesn’t have to go to someone else to bring His will to pass.  Discover, receive, and execute your assignment always “seeking the Kingdom of God and His righteousness first (Matthew 6:33).”  By doing this, you’ll fulfill the “Fellowship” and “Assignment” portions of that which God has given to you.  Note the second half of Matthew 6:33:  “and all these things SHALL be added unto you.”  This is the third thing God provides to you – PROVISION.  You don’t have to go get “provision.”  It comes to you.  Another lesson.  I can tell you it works.  Provision is coming to me by leaps and bounds and from places I’m seeking and from places I’m not seeking it.  This fulfills Deuteronomy 28:2 where God’s Blessing will overcome and overtake you.  Praise God for His precious grace!!  And, every day when I arise in the morning and every night when I go to sleep, I thank God and tell Him I’m expecting to increase more and more each day, my children and me (Psalm 115:14).  I expect it from God – every single day!

How do you discover God’s will and assignment(s) for your life?  It is really very simple: STUDY GOD’S WORD.  I promise you that if you seek after God’s will and assignment for you, He’ll reveal it through the Holy Spirit speaking to you from His Word.

Jeremiah 29:13

And ye shall seek Me, and find Me, when ye shall search for Me with your whole heart.

Luke 11:9-10

And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.  For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

God has called us to dominate the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas for Him as well as our industries.  I’m not bowing or backing down to wrongly taught scripture or to things masquerading as being from God.  God has told me to call it out.  I’m scared of no man, no denomination, and no religion.  I want to hear those Words, “well done My good and faithful servant.”  And, I know many of you feel this way, too.  God has given me a vision, as part of the Caleb’s Promise Ministry, to rise up in Tampa and declare His Kingdom Economy before all men and to declare His full Gospel Truth.  And, some of you will be a part of it as God has shown me.

As you may or may not know, in January 2016, God called my wife, Dianne, and myself to establish what is going to be a world renown orphanage, Christian school, and Church in Tampa.  He led my wife to the initial 107 acres it will be built upon.  He told her to come and pray over it for seven straight days.  God instructed her not to call about the land.  He said He would instruct her when to call and what to offer.  God then revealed to me that He’ll give us the design and architecture of it all.  He told me when asked by the architect what the budget is, to tell the architect there is no limits.  God also told me that He’ll build an orphanage, school, and church like no other, that will blow away the secular and religious, and will rival high-end communities.  Do you know why God said this particular thing to me?  God was very specific in telling me that He was going to show these children that come through the orphanage how valuable they are to Him; how the world may have cast them off, but He loves them dearly and they are mighty and powerful; how He is the owner of the Heavens and the earth and all the wealth of it, and He gives it to His children; how the secular rich and famous will learn that it is God that promotes, that judges His children; and how wrong the church has been to live with a river rat mentality begging for money rather than sowing a seed and believing God to do what His very Word says He will do.

God also instructed me the Christian school is to pay a wage to the teachers and administration rivaling any major university.  And, the facilities will rival any university.  God told me all of these kids will graduate and receive scholarships, many of them qualifying for Ivy League educations, and they will all have come to know Him as their Savior, and they are going to turn everywhere they go inside out for the glory and honor of God.  They will run businesses that rival Facebook in value, they will have powerful five-fold ministries, they will be innovators and creators, and they will be “on-fire, Spirit-led, Word declaring” warriors in all the spheres where God assigns them.  Wow!!  Praise God!!

How will all this be paid for you ask? Why from God of course.  Larry doesn’t have anywhere near the kind of money needed.  But, God did say it will be funded from the business I started, and the orphanage, school, etc. will start in seven years.  God gave Dianne the initial vision in January 2016, including how it would be funded, AND, we won our first contract in February 2016.  Do you think God is in this?  You bet!!  I do know God will give others the opportunity to contribute to the ministry so they can receive a blessing from God.

I tell you, I’m so excited I can’t stand it.  All of the ministry is already accomplished in the spiritual realm.  Now, I continually declare it by word, in faith, to have it manifested in the physical realm.  God can only do what we can see and believe.  And, I’m telling you, what I’m daring to see and believe for it is tremendous, but I’m sure it is still too small in God’s eyes.  I ask Him to increase my vision, to help me remove any limits I’m placing on Him.

Ephesians 3:20

No unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,

Get after your assignment, increase your vision, dare to see, believe, and receive.

Love to all in Christ,

Larry
