Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ,
Right now, we have Hurricane Milton bearing down on the whole of West Florida and much of the State. For Believers, this is an excellent opportunity for us to remember our New Covenant. We have The Great I AM in us, and we are in Him. This means all the attributes of ” I AM” are in OUR authority and power. In the New Covenant, God, the Great I AM is in us. If we ask God, “why” after the hurricane, God will say to us, “what did you do about it?”
We are to speak against this storm because we have been given the authority and power to do so through Jesus Christ. What did Jesus do to the storm on the Sea of Galilee? He commanded it. This is our blueprint in the New Covenant. Let’s all take our God given authority and power and command the storm, the winds, the waves. Genesis 1:28 is still in effect through Jesus. We have dominion, not satan, not the earth, not the oceans, not the waves, not the winds, not anything in this earth. This is a great faith exercise. Let’s decree in faith, command the angels to go forth and make it so, then praise God for His Word, covenant, goodness, mercy, grace, power, faith, protection, deliverance, and love. If God can protect the Children of Israel during the plagues in Egypt, can’t He do it when we give Him permission by decreeing against this storm. Who is this uncircumcised [has no covenant with The Almighty God] storm that comes against God’s children? Today I will destroy you with The Word of Almighty God!! Let’s grow and become powerful in Christ!!
Matthew 16:19
And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Jesus gives us the keys of The Kingdom of Heaven in Matthew 16:19. We are to bring God’s will in Heaven to the earth. How? Using God’s Word to decree and bind and loose. Do storms rage in Heaven? No. Why? It is not God’s will. God’s will is not aligned with the curse. We have been redeemed from the curse, from having to suffer satan’s antics. We are not in bondage to the curse and sin. Boldly decree God’s Word in faith. Don’t pay attention to the fear generated by the world. This doesn’t mean don’t prepare. But prepare in faith of your protection and deliverance. The armies of Israel prepared and arrayed in battle, then watched God go forth and deliver.
Isaiah is a book of prophecy, calling things that be not as though they were [Romans 4:17]. In Isaiah 54:14 and 17, God gives us our standard for today through Jesus Christ.
Isaiah 54:14, 17
14 In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee.
17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of The LORD, and their righteousness is of Me, saith The LORD.
As Believers, we are the righteousness of God through Jesus Christ [II Corinthians 5:21]. Because of this, we are far from oppression and terror, for it shall not come near to us, if we don’t fear. If we fear, we attract the curse. Notice in verse 17 God tells us, “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper..” It’s very simple and clear, if you believe, and decree in faith – NO WEAPON of satan’s will prosper against your family or you.
Let us allow God to go forward, as we stand arrayed for battle, and watch God do mighty deeds on our behalf. God loves to show out for His loved ones. However, it starts with our faithful decrees against the mountain called a hurricane or anything else bringing disturbance to your life. Trust in The Truth, He will never let you down.
You can’t be married to Jesus and date Moses.
